Proxies: RPW's Comments

For use in IE

First select potential proxy or list of proxies
Next check which are usable, either online or with "The Grabber"
Insert the proxy IP and port number in the Connection > LAN settings for IE
A shortcut is to modify the Registry before starting IE
There is a file Proxy.reg in C:\registry that can semi-automate the procedure
of which the key lines are of the form

     Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

     [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings]

     "ProxyServer"="61.19.54.187:80"
